Jenn holds a B.S. and PhD in Food Science, specializing in fermentation and analytical chemistry. She has worked for a variety of food companies with focuses in wine production, natural colors, gluten-free snacks and regulatory compliance. Jenn draws on her strong academic and manufacturing background to specialize in food formulation and quality optimization.
Outside of work, Jenn can be found in the kitchen performing her own science experiments and testing them on her (mostly willing) family.
