Sam Ryan has worked in the world of food since he was in high school, starting in a diner in Kansas City and going on to manage restaurants around the country for chefs like Thomas Keller and David Chang. At Foodwit, he keeps things running smoothly for our team and our clients.

He lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife, two cats, and daughter. His favorite kitchen tools are a Le Creuset dutch oven and a wooden spoon. He sees too many movies and has too many feelings about them.
