Drawing from her training as a registered dietitian and her experience at a food retailer and an ingredient company, Sovanny plays a key role in developing and executing regulatory compliance programs for Foodwit clients. Sovanny is currently focused on advising brands on nutrition strategy, helping them find purpose and permissibility in a global operating environment that is so heavily focused on health and wellness.
After hours, Sovanny loves experimenting with new recipes, usually building her repertoire around a specific ingredient or cooking technique (2022 is the year of homemade baby food!). If the mood strikes for an activity unrelated to food, you can find her at an antique store, vintage shop, or working on a DIY project.
