A growing better-for-you snack brand approached Foodwit because it needed food safety and regulatory support, but its portfolio wasn’t large enough to justify full time employees or leadership.
Foodwit provided a fractional executive and support team to help liaise with the Client’s contract manufacturers, internal operations, product development and marketing teams. In this role, Foodwit intimately learned the business, helped launch new-products as well as develop key foundational regulatory and food safety programming. As an extension of the in-house team, Foodwit enabled the Brand team to focus on sales and marketing while driving continuous improvement and providing stability to the client in times of employee and executive turnover.
